Horrible pest issues - mice roaches rats, and basement was infested with mold , land lord refused to fix structural issues with the apartment

If you’re on the ground floor , make sure mold and pests are taken care of prior to move in

Pros
Building has nice amenities - recently remodeled interior with central heat/AC for each unit, new appliances, laundry in basement, tall ceilings, and great water pressure. The management company is always quick to respond as well.
Cons
Tenants in this building are often students attending Pratt - the floors and walls are really thin so it feels like a frat house most days. They throw parties often and leave their trash on the roof. I’ve had occasional issues with roaches, though they do come and spray once a month. Apartments do not have dishwashers, definitely a downside.
