Not the best place to live....
Pros
Spacious apartments, although could use updating. Laundry in the building and dishwasher in-unit. Super (Albert) is responsive and helpful.
Cons
Laundry machines always eating money, elevator stalls frequently and is unusable. Building owners are rude. Apartments are outdated but functional. AC unit is a nightmare.
Mostly positive, with some notable setbacks
Pros
Amazing location, with friendly neighbors. The backside of the building is very very quite. Packages are always safe. This building feels like home.
Cons
Walls are well insulated, but front doors let noise in very easily. Single pane/leaky windows aren't great, elevator is kinda gross with strange liquid leaking into lights. General cleanliness could be improved. Owner/Super responsiveness has severely declined in the last 6 months or so. I've asked for items to be addressed, with no response and to no avail.
Advice to the owners
Improved to attentiveness to repairs would be greatly appreciated.
