Good location and neighbors, but pesty
Pros
Good location, good neighbors, a lot of street life nearby, a warm and cozy atmosphere in the building.
Cons
It’s Chinatown so you definitely have rodents and roaches. Street noise level could be a concern at night. Old heating system.
Advice to the owners
Should consider bringing back the garbage lids.
