The hallway and the stairs in the building have not been cleaned for the year.
We’re in a global pandemic and you refuse to clean the hall way and the stairs, this is so frustrating. None of the windows is working they cannot close, have to use sticks to hold up the bathroom window, the toilet have to be held down to flush
