Great for price
Pros
Building is well maintained thanks to the Super. They are really responsive and careful.
Cons
The owner could be more present, but does a decent job. Very flexible with moving dates.
Advice to the owners
Recognize the great work the super does!

Best building for old school neighborhood feel
Pros
The neighbors look out for you and safeguard packages in their home so they don't get stolen. There is always someone around to let you know what's happening on the block. Quiet at night.
Cons
Neighbors on first floor are pretty loud and rambunctious. Doesn't bother me too much but they do irritate a few residents.
Advice to the owners
Fix the stairs in the back of the building. The rust is eating away at them.
