Great building bad neighborhood
Pros
The staff and property management is very responsive and great to work with they keep the building clean and are friendly
Cons
The neighborhood is loud and not close to the subway

It’s a fine place
Pros
Good location. Friendly neighbors. Well maintained. Close to prospect park
Cons
Heat during winter was unbearable. Super was generally responsive but unprofessional. The neighborhood itself is quite loud
