Worst Apartment I’ve ever been.
Pros
Proximity to shops
Cons
Bar downstairs is extremely loud until 3am and the whole building vibrates. Front door is left open everyday. It’s never cleaned on the inside. You hear rats on the walls all day and sometimes make holes and get inside.
Advice to the owners
Consider investing in you building and vetting your tenants better.

Go elsewhere
Pros
very quiet building with 17 apartments and great location for public transport commuters.
Cons
the building is old, landlord doesn't fix much and when he does it takes a while. he sends workers to do patch work or horrible jobs.
Advice to the owners
stop charging so much for 1 bd rms and invest in the building. it needs major work done
