Great location but building could be cleaner.
Pros
Great central location. Close to Trader Joe’s, Wholw Foods, and a lot of cute restaurants and bars.
Cons
The building is barely maintained and there were a lot mice in the winter.
Advice to the owners
Clean up the building

An okay Manhattan apartment
Pros
Good location, elevator, well-priced.
Cons
Very loud. Can hear neighbors above (every footstep) and below, as well as significant street noise. Floor on a significant slope.
