Great location, decent building, has central ac
Cons
i swear the windows were made of paper because i could hear EVERY sound outside. literally could hear people on the street having full conversations at a normal volume from my unit on the 3rd floor. it was so loud at night that sleep was difficult. other than that, the building is just very bare bones. no dishwasher, no laundry, etc. but it’s livable.

Good location close to the L train, modern building
Cons
Me and my roommates received a dirty apartment on move in day, management was unresponsive and tried to blame issues we brought to their attention on us.
