Great landlords, INCREDIBLY noisy

Landlords are awesome and actually maintain the building and quickly respond to any issues
Cons
Very loud due to auto shops, lack of natural sunlight

Pros
Good communication, leave you to yourselves. Always will respond to complaints. Generally just nice people. Great common backyard
Cons
Noise can be a little loud from restaurant across the street, especially on weekends. Heat is a little inconsistent.
