Pros
Proximity to school’s & transportation. 2/5 line and the 6 train.
Cons
Neighborhood is changing, many buildings on top of each other. Loud & unsafe at night. Very limited parking. Plenty of garages to pay for a space.

They make sure the entrance is clean
Cons
Laundry never clean , laundry machines bad condition , when you call for a repair no ones shows
Advice to the owners
Get it together!
