It was fine, way too expensive for what it was
Pros
The super was always very kind and the building was quiet. My unit faced towards the patio so it was like a nook.
Cons
I found a dead mouse behind the fridge and found a bedbug in my apartment. I was told by the pest control people that I hired (because the landlord didn’t really do much about it except email someone asking if it was actually a bedbug) told me that it was most likely coming from a neighboring unit, so I didn’t get it from my things.

Nice little brownstone in a great location.
Cons
Landlord is absolutely horrible and will screw you out of your money. These apartments are being rented for WAY more than they are worth.
