Glamorized dorm for rich kids
Pros
Great location, friendly staff, good food nearby
Cons
Very young and immature dwellers, loud at night , sloppy management, horrible recycling room, loud washer/dryer units shake entire building, thin walls, constant construction
Advice to the owners
Be more selective about maturity of tenants. This place has gone downhill since last March with lots of white claw parties
