It’s pretty good
Pros
You can leave your packages in the lobby for the most part, it’s very rare that anyone’s package has ever gotten stolen, most neighbors are very neighborly and kind, it’s never excessively loud.
Cons
They don’t clean the stairs often or the carpets, and the washing machines often get out of service.
