Pros
Location is amazing. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, groceries, the subway, and Prospect Park all within a short walk. Rent stabilized so rent is reasonable. Units overall are updated.
Cons
Noise. Between the retail tenant blasting music from 9am-9pm, street noise from 5th Ave, and neighbors, it can get very loud. Noise from the store makes it difficult to work from home. Cleanliness. The building hallway and trash areas are not cleaned often or well. Responsiveness. Super is pretty useless. Office staff are very friendly but it can take a long time to have issues resolved.
Advice to the owners
Evict the retail tenant!
