Live-in super chain smokes inside
Pros
Location is prime, never saw a bug, live in super, high ceilings, water pressure is fine
Cons
Building super chain smokes in his first floor apartment and it makes the whole building smell. Construction right next door (2021). Some bar close by blasts music all weekend long, neighbors can also be loud on the weekend. Super wouldn’t remove window air conditioning unit for the winter. Hallways could be cleaner
