Decent living for short stay
Pros
The building layout is very nice itself. Front steps and little lobby are quite nice too, very quaint.
Cons
The walls are thinner than paper.

Weed. Neighbors. Neighborhood.
Advice to the owners
Vet your incoming tenants better. Too many voucher people.
