A good location Public roof access
Cons
Roaches are really bad no matter how clean you are Mice on the first floor and in my 3rd floor apartment Management guy is rude Hallway smells really weird most of the time

Decent apartment in a great location
Pros
Elevator, In unit W/D, dishwasher. All that you really need. Great location.
Cons
Had a mouse and several cockroaches over the year, but nothing crazy. Trash chute was a bit small.
