New, things generally well maintained.
Cons
Getting simple repairs is slow, management is very hard to get hold of.
Advice to the owners
Be responsive to your tenants. Don’t take months to respond to simple asks.

Abandoned Rooftop

Decent living space, Elevator, nice view from rooftop, in building laundry.
Cons
Rooftop looks abandoned, dirty carpet in hallways, packages stolen from package room
