The property management is in shambles, it really is terrible here. It’s impossible to reach help when you need anything, and anytime I am finally in contact with someone, they leave me on read for hours or days. Even about important things like the water isn’t working. There is no remote access to the front door or buzzer at all. This is difficult since the building is only stairs and 6 flights. Packages rarely get delivered (or even attempted) due to this.
Advice to the owners
Care for your building. Communicate with your residents.
