Quiet and lovely building
Pros
The people, from the landlord to the super and the doormen, everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Cons
Even though it has elevators, they are not fully accessible with some stairs to get to the back building and to the laundry room

Review is for unit#1 (privately owned condo), the landlord was awesome.
Pros
Responds quickly to any issues.
Cons
It's a condo building so any thing regarding garbage, snow removal, building issues have to go through condo board.
