responsive super all facilities worked as expected quiet nice neighbors
Cons
if water was turning off for construction (happened twice yearly for 8 hours each), we'd only get a 1 day notice

Mice stuck in between walls, never rent apt 3B

Nice location, mostly nice neighbors, generally quiet except top floor tenant who throws frequent parties
Cons
There are rats stuck in between the walls of this building and especially apt 3B. Landlord would refuse to call pest control for several days. Landlord is based out of the country and control freak to the point she will force you to have her (lovely) housekeeper so she can keep her nose into your business. She charges an excessive amount of money and will find every opportunity to charge you more, be aware. Excessive noise between walls, building is old and you can hear everything. 4B tenant is extremely disrespectful and noisy, will have late night parties walk in heels and host guests overnight. Lastly building Super is unresponsive and common spaces like staircase and hallway not well maintained, pretty dirty carpet and smelly hallway.
