An average landlord/building
Pros
The building feels newer than the surrounding buildings. The rooms have great ceiling height.
Cons
Management is not the most responsive, usually takes a few days for an email response.

Neighborhood great, building is meh!
Pros
- I enjoy the neighborhood - Lots of nearby bodegas - Community garden nearby - Great local bakery
Cons
- Firehouse noise across the street - Packages get stollen - No backyard or patio area - No nearby grocery store - No Dishwasher - No washer/dryer - A train is the only train and it is a 12 min walk - Little sunlight - Very few windows - No upgrades
