Decent for the heights

Renovated apartment, dishwasher, laundry in unit, responsive super!
Cons
We never have hot water, we are on the top floor but it never gets nice and hot
Advice to the owners
Learn to like taking cold showers

Our apartment is old Hard to get anyone to fix anything (possible, but would require a few phone calls and follow-ups) Noise outside the building, especially during summer
