Modern building with great management on the Upper East Side
Pros
Really friendly and responsive management (door men know every resident by name, and are very attentive to requests and needs). Apartments are appropriately sized and spacious (all squares, no triangular rooms). Amenities are maintained well, and pet friendly.
Cons
Can still hear street noises up to the 16th floor.
