Pleasant, Safe, and Quiet
Pros
- quiet - building, hallways, stairwells cleaned and maintained - basic apartments with minimal updates, but good layouts
Cons
- rampant package theft with no resolution - landlord difficult to get ahold of and work with - significant rent inflation, more pronounced than other units in neighborhood - no online rent payments, cash checks only

Greedy and psychotic
Pros
I like the location. The floor plans aren’t TOO bad. Decent size for 1 br.
Cons
Hallway is gross Radiator leaks Radiator is uncontrollable Hot water is hit or miss. Doesn’t last long. Boiler is down often. Management has a psycho family member with little emotional intelligence. Water leaked through the ceiling. Floors are not straight.
Advice to the owners
Stop being greedy. Stop being a part of the housing problem and raising rent.
