Apartment is nice, no issues in 2 years, but the apartment is quite small
Pros
-Very nice building. Responsive Landlord and super -building is regularly cleaned. exterminator comes regularly -
Cons
- apartments are small - hear mice (or other creatures) crawling in ceiling
