Good apartment, not perfect, but good
Pros
The apartment is spacious and has a reasonably sized kitchen and bedroom. Heat is provided consistently, though it should be provided more often. There is good water pressure on the kitchen and bathroom sink.
Cons
The building floor is dusty and dirty. Some neighbors don't pick up their pet's waste which is nasty. The building floors should be cleaned better. My ceiling in the living room leaked twice these past 2 years and I don't get why. No elevator in the building, so it's not friendly for the elderly or people with disabilities.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and proactive, don't wait to inspect a problem.
