perfectly fine place to live
Pros
it's a fairly chill environment with nice amenities and the bedrooms are big. nice light from windows and the block is safe and not too rowdy.
Cons
tickets put in for management services take forever; the front door wasnt locking properly for many weeks and some of my packages were stolen. in general management is very hands off
Advice to the owners
answer tickets faster please

An average landlord/building
Pros
The building feels newer than the surrounding buildings. The rooms have great ceiling height.
Cons
Management is not the most responsive, usually takes a few days for an email response.
