Cute Apartment on Busy Atlantic Ave
Pros
For being in such a central and high traffic part of town there is little city noise in the apartment itself. The brick walls are a nice feature, as well as the shared backyard.
Cons
Kitchen appliances were very old and finicky. The landlord took a long (illegal) amount of time to send the safety deposit back after move out
Advice to the owners
Invest in some new appliances
