Could be better could be worse
Pros
Good location High ceilings Fairly clean Maintenance guy Jose is very nice New appliances
Cons
The landlord is unresponsive to emails The water in shower goes from boiling hot to freezing cold without adjusting knob Lots of bugs front door often gets stuck open
Advice to the owners
Please be more responsive to emails. If you are unable to get to an issue immediately, at least respond to let me know you received a request and an estimated time to when it will be completed.
