Pros
- water pressure was amazing! - location in the EV and view are great - large living room area - very helpful super (thank you francisco!) - great laundromat on first floor - great natural light from street
Cons
- roach problems/infestation (?) - night club across the street extremely loud into late hours of the night (3am-on) - extremely hot radiator poles - outdated appliances - no fire alarms or carbon monoxide detectors installed - loud neighbors always leaving cigarettes in hallways - tons of packages stolen from lobby
Advice to the owners
Please at least try to care when tenant's packages are stolen

The landlord Jeff won’t ever return your security deposit, it’s going on 2 years. He is a thief.

Pay your tenants the security deposit they rightfully own.
