Pros
- Very nice doormen who provide great security and package delivery - Furnished rooftop - central A/C - Live-in super who is responsive - Complaints and maintenance will be completed
Cons
- Gym is in smelly basement - The super is quite the character - The A/C and heat system needs to be replaced - tenants get charged over $700/month in utilities per unit - Rooftop could be better maintained - Building management is not very responsive
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive with tenants from Hakimiam email, maintain rooftop, redo central A/C system
