not the best, but location is good
Pros
1) In a well-connected location. Myrtle-Wyckoff is a few blocks away, which is access to many many stores. It’s about half-hour to the city using the L, which is convenient 2) first floor units have stairs, which is charming
Cons
1) garbage piles up all the time 2) landlord is very unresponsive - our microwave has been broken for weeks, and there’s no fix.
