Pros
Location is great, price is pretty good given the location and size, people in building are great, management responds pretty quickly to issues
Cons
Buzzer doesn't work, if you have a room facing the street its super loud, I don't think anythings been renovated since the 80s, the heat is turned up way too high in the winter, I've found a couple roaches and a dead mouse in the past couple years (which is maybe normal for NYC)
Advice to the owners
Let us use the buzzer to let people in or get packages, and don't blast the heat so high in the winter

Laundry in the basement, dishwasher in unit, good layout for a small unit with bay window, fireplace, pest management done monthly
Cons
Garbage was overflowing, crowded lobby area with bikes
Advice to the owners
Have a better garbage management system
