Terrible
Pros
The company largely left us alone, especially when we built a garden on the roof.
Cons
The building is poorly insulated. If you life feeling warm during the winter, this apartment is not for you. If you enjoy having your problems fixed/ attended to this place is not for you. For the first month we did not have a working stove top. For the entire winter, our rooms were so poorly insulated that we did not use our heat, instead needed to use warm underwear and a space heater which I had to leave on all night (huge safety concern).

Begin responding to concerns your tenants have, particularly those involving their health.
