Affordable and bang for your buck
Pros
Most of the people here have been here for 10+ years and there's also a few families here so personally that makes me feel safer than anywhere I have lived. The children are not loud at all and the let's are not loud either.
Cons
Coin laundry but at least theirs laundry in the building ya know? If someone lives above you with a pet, you may hear them at different times of the day playing but it's never been an issue personally.
