Solid starter apmt
Pros
good location, gets the job done, back facing unit quiet, nice big kitchen
Cons
took long to start heat in the winter, no laundry in building and laundry is far, street is very dirty and causes stress

old dirty building, trash piles up at the ground floor, but it is usually taken care of
