They never returned our security deposit

Nice area. Relatively spacious. Big kitchens.
Cons
They did not return our security deposit. They didn't explain why. Laundry machine was broken despite numerous attempts to fix. Landlord was uncommunicative. Beware.

Very responsive super, nicely sized apartments, has a roof with a good view
Cons
Neighbors can get really loud, roaches, old building
