Great building and location in the heart of the North End.
Pros
Quiet, clean building with respectful neighbors. Incredible location a few blocks from Hanover.
Cons
The washer and dryer have seen better days and need replacements. We had a leak issue from the fifth floor down to the first which was resolved quickly. Water pressure not ideal and takes a bit for cold water to start working. The roof was said to be fixed 2 years ago but is not, but you can still use it.
Advice to the owners
The building needs some updates expressed in the cons - but property owner and landlord are awesome and very responsive.
