Decent Apartment for Post-Grad
Pros
This apartment is conveniently located, being that it is near 3 different Green Lines (B, C, and D). I have not seen any bugs or rodents in my apartment. There has been a bug or two in the basement where the laundry is, but they were dead. Pest control comes often.
Cons
The hallways are dirty. The building is old so everything is worn and very dusty. The paint is peeling and theres some water damage on the walls that was poorly covered with paint. Management can be rude if you are seeking simple clarification on things.
