Great Building - management company dependent

Fantastic amenities, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful building

Cons

It’s a condo, so the service to your specific unit depends on the management company or owners responsiveness. In my unit’s case, the management company was slow to respond to requests. Outside of that no issues with the building itself

Not really. From the third floor you can hear a fair amount of street noise. You can buy soundproof (mass-loaded vinyl) curtains which help somewhat.
