I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone. This building has the worst building management - if this is your first, anywhere else you live after 100 Maiden will look good by comparison. There are lots of nice buildings in FiDi - any of them are better than 100 Maiden.

It's a really basic gym and the treadmills are very old and very dirty. It's a good indication of how management thinks about residents. Just do the bare minimum to say you technically have a gym, but don't spend any money to make it nice.
