How much are rents going up right now on renewals?

When I moved out in July of 2023 they wanted to increase my rent by $550.

Is the noise still an issue? Are neighbors loud or are walls not well insulated?

Yes! I heard my neighbors CONSTANTLY and I'm sure they heard me as well. Even conversations that weren't that loud, I could hear.
