Laundry in unit and decent layout. Great location for transportation.
I had a mouse. Trash left out in lobby. Packages stolen.
Lived here for semester. Safe and busy location. Never had a problem with anything, heat is very good in the winter. Garbage disposal is in the back of the building which is convenient, walkable to Soho and village.
