The location, proximity to west side highway. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Loved living here over the summer
Rooms are so small, a lot of flex rooms with a hole in the ceiling so you can hear everything in that bedroom.
Spacious, clean, elevator!
The large rooms are super dark and can be gloomy.
