AMAZING place to live

Pros

this building is insane. I still feel so lucky to live here despite being a 6th floor walk up. mgmt is responsive, neighbors are all polite, but the best thing is that it’s rent controlled. on top of already very reasonable rates. in the west village. yes the apartments are small but they’re all fairly nice and mine was recently renovated and I think it’s truly an incredible deal for the area
