It is a roof over your head

Cons

Super old and narrow. Appliances are old. Mosquito problem. Over a bar that is loud. Lack of privacy being visible from the high line. Lack of DIY laundry options nearby

Advice to the owners

Just make each floor an apartment and gut renovate it

what are some major issues?

The apartment is so hot in the winter and summer. The toilet always gets clogged and actually blew up a few times, resulting in scooping up shit off of the ground. We were without a toilet for 3 days. Fridge is very small. Oven barely works.
