Solid midtown spot
Pros
- really good unit layout (probably unit dependent) and was able to flex the apartment while having windows in every room + living room - fixed issues pretty promptly
Cons
- ceiling paint peeled whenever there was a lot of rain. not a big deal just a little annoying - 1 of the 3 non service elevators is occasionally wonky or out of service. Generally not disruptive in day to day life - I’m a sensitive sleeper and street noise pretty audible even in the top floors. Ear plugs at night generally do the job

building staff are great, apartment appliances are nice, never had issues w pests/bugs

construction noises at night, elevators often not working
