Building was in a nice area of nyc, with access to many subway lines within walkable distance.

Cons

A lot of construction noise from the street and the stairs were quite steep.

Beware Terrible Landlord

Great Location, very spacious, very clean building

Cons

Landlord would threaten us with tickets that weren’t ours and threaten us about having packages delivered, they would also lie about not having an email address to contact them and claimed they needed physical checks when our neighbors could pay electronically
